Who we are
Kivire (“Kivire,” “we,” “us”) builds AI systems for home-service businesses. We are based in San Ramon, California. For anything privacy-related, contact aaron@kivire.com.
What we collect
Things you send us. If you book a call, email us, or text the demo number, we receive what you share: typically your name, contact details, and information about your business.
Demo line calls. Our demo line is answered by an AI receptionist. Calls and texts to it are recorded and transcribed so we can review quality and improve our call flows. It exists to show you the product, so please do not share sensitive personal information on it.
Scheduling. Booking a call happens through Calendly, which collects your name, email, and chosen time under its own privacy policy.
This website. We do not run ad trackers or analytics, and we set no cookies of our own. The embedded Calendly scheduler loads from Calendly’s servers and may set its own cookies.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, run the demo, deliver the services you hire us for, and improve our call flows. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Caller data on client lines
When we operate an AI receptionist for a client business, the recordings, transcripts, and bookings from that line belong to the client. We process that data only to provide the service: answering, booking, texting back, and reporting to the client. We do not use it for anything else.
Who we share with
Only the vendors that make the service run: telephony and AI processing platforms that carry and transcribe calls, Calendly for scheduling, and calendar providers such as Google Calendar when a client connects one. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. That is the whole list.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry emails and demo-line transcripts for as long as they are useful for running and improving the service, then delete them. You can email aaron@kivire.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. California residents can make requests under the CCPA the same way; we honor them regardless of where you live.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be called out plainly, not buried.
