The short version

• Everything is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.
• The 30-day guarantee is real: one extra booked job in your first month or a full refund.
• The demo line is for trying the product. Be normal with it.
• Your number, your data, and your customers stay yours.

Who we are, and agreeing to these terms

Kivire (“Kivire,” “we,” “us”) builds AI systems for home-service businesses, based in San Ramon, California. By using kivire.com, calling the demo line, or hiring us, you agree to these terms. Questions go to aaron@kivire.com.

What we do

We set up and operate AI receptionists, build business websites, run AI office assistants, and build custom automations (together, “the services”). Details and current pricing live on the services page; anything custom gets its own written quote before work starts.

The demo line

The demo number exists so you can try the product. Calls and texts to it are answered by an AI and are recorded and transcribed. Do not use it for emergencies, do not use it for anything unlawful, and do not flood it with spam or automated traffic. We can block abusive callers.

Pricing and payment

Receptionist and assistant services are a one-time setup fee plus a month-to-month retainer, billed monthly. Websites are a one-time build fee with optional monthly hosting. You can cancel anytime; service runs through the end of the period you have paid for, and there are no cancellation fees.

The 30-day guarantee

If your AI receptionist does not book you at least one extra job in your first 30 days of live service, we refund what you paid us in full. Tell us within a week of the 30-day mark and the refund goes out; no forms, no fine print.

Your side of the deal

• Give us accurate information about your business, services, prices, and coverage area, and review the call flows we set up. You approve the script before it goes live.
• Your phone number and connected accounts stay in your name and control.
• You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business, including any call-recording consent rules in your state. We configure the system to announce recording where required, but the line is yours.
• Use the services lawfully. We can suspend service for abuse, unlawful use, or non-payment.

About the AI, plainly

Calls are handled by an AI receptionist. It is good, and we monitor and tune it, but no system answers perfectly every time. We do not promise a specific number of calls, bookings, or revenue beyond the 30-day guarantee above.

Ownership

You keep your phone number, your customer data, your content, and your customer relationships. We keep our tooling, templates, prompts, and know-how. If you cancel, we hand over what is yours and part as friends.

Liability

The services are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or missed jobs. Nothing here limits liability the law does not let us limit.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by California law, and disputes belong in the courts located in California. If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top; continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it.
