Administrative Assistant resume example
An administrative assistant is judged on whether things run. The resume should make the volume and the trust visible: how many people, calendars, dollars and deadlines you carried.
What we would lead with
- Who you supported, and how many of them
- Volume: calendars, travel, expenses, events
- Anything you made faster, cheaper or less error-prone
The mistake we would warn you about
Writing "answered phones and scheduled meetings". So does everyone. Say for whom, how many, and what stopped going wrong once you took it over.
