Senior Product Manager resume example
A senior PM is trusted with a bet, not a backlog. The resume has to show you have been given real authority and used it well.

- Strategy you set, not only strategy you executed
- Evidence you can say no to executives with data
The mistake we would warn you about
Claiming impact that belonged to a team without saying what your part was. Hiring managers probe this in interviews, and a claim you cannot defend is worse than a smaller true one.
Bullet points that work for senior product managers
Each one opens with an action verb, says what was done, and ends with a result.
- Set the three-year payments strategy adopted by the exec team, redirecting $6M of planned spend.
- Grew payment volume from $180M to $400M a year while holding fraud loss under 8 basis points.
